The pump can be outside, though it is recommended to be brought in during colder/winter times. Also, would not recommend leaving it outside close to the ground if the area has high water due to excess rain.

Yes, each pump has specific flow capacity. Based on that flow capacity, we calculate the number of nozzles that particular pump can operate without loosing pressure. Please see our "Misting Pumps" category. We have noted the maximum number of nozzles each pump can operate.
We can modify the pump so that it can prime the water from a tank or gravity fed.
Hi I just wanted to advise you that I was incorrect when answering your question. The mid pressure machines whether they are oil-less or oil based will make little to no noise, so this pump will not be louder than your washer, dryer, or dishwasher.
Mid pressure Max 250psi mist pump is very quiet. Rated at less approximately 40db noise level - similar to dish washer noise. Mist pump can also place up to 200ft away without significant pressure losses.

No. Each pump comes with 6ft garden hose to feed water in to the pump. City water pressure of 40-100psi is sufficient to feed the pump.
